All of us have self limiting beliefs and fears that prevent us from reaching our goals. It was not too long ago that the fear of putting myself on video was overwhelming. While it still is not the easiest thing for me to do, just getting started has given me confidence that I can reach my goals one victory at a time.
The principles highlighted in the following videos have been extremely helpful in bringing me to that place of victory over my fears...and I know that they can do the same for you.

Recognition: Looking beyond Your Fears
Beliefs are an important part of our life. We become believers through experience. While many beliefs are based on the truth and preserve us from harm, it is important to recognize that we each have beliefs that are not true at all and they are based on other people's negative experiences.
If you are like me, you have a lot of negative recordings playing back inside of your head telling you that you can't, you shouldn't try or you'll fail and make fool of yourself letting other people down....or maybe we tell ourself that "My intuition (fear) says, NO"
How do we change our 'stinkin thinkin'? The first thing that we need to do is recognize what our fears are and then remember the fears that we have already overcome.
Facing our fears, like climbing a mountain, requires that when the new mountain peaks of fear threaten to discourage us, we need to look back and see how far we have come already and remember the reasons and the people that we are climbing the mountain for...
Most of us need a paradigm shift in our thinking and that requires us to surround ourselves in a community who will help us to recognize our self limiting beliefs.
